Starbucks

This afternoon, I craved a chai latte... but the sugary syrup is a little (a lot) too much so I asked the guy at the Starbucks for an alternative... he made me this: Chai Tazo Tea with Half Non-Fat Milk, Half Water... added a little splenda and voila! Did the trick.... tastes the same with almost no carbs!
